NORTH VANCOUVER TOWNHOUSE 3D WALKTHROUGH
This 3D walkthrough is possibly the project that changed everything for RealSpace 3D. Since we created this video we have had an abundance of requests from clients to recreate this project and we have grown significantly since it’s release. It combines live action footage of local ammenities, drone footage combined with CG elements (you may have to look closely to see where the 3D aspects come in!) and of course, our specialty, a 3D walkthrough of this gorgeous North Vancouver Townhouse Developed by Brody Developments
NORTH VANCOUVER ROOFTOP TERRACES
One of the key features of this North Vancouver Development was it’s relaxing rooftop terraces. We elected to show these off with an evening image so the prospective buyer would be able to envision themselves relaxing in their townhouse with a gas fire pitt on a warm summer evening. Most townhouses do not offer this feature so it was nice to be able to show off such a cozy space for our client.
NORTH VANCOUVER TOWNHOUSE KITCHEN
The Kitchen and eating space is often the biggest selling feature for a new home or development. This project was no exception as the open concept, modern kitchen space provides modern ammenities along with a warm North Vancouver natural feel. We felt the fireplace in this space was a great touch by the interior designer.
NORTH VANCOUVER TOWNHOUSE MASTER BED AND BATH
Behind the Kitchen and Living area the Master bedroom is the most important sales feature of a house. Having a nice space filled with natural light, ample size and a functional bathroom are key especially for townhouses which are typically less spacious than this real estate development. This unit comes with a large walkin closet which is often a major area of contention for many.
