Common Questions
We work with clients at different stages of the design and sales process, so these are some of the questions we hear most often.
How much does a house rendering cost?
Our house rendering projects typically range from $399 to $799 depending on the level of detail, lighting options, and project goals. We provide clear pricing upfront so there are no surprises. See our pricing guide for more details.
What do you need from me to get started?
Architectural drawings, CAD files, SketchUp models, or even rough sketches with dimensions. The more detail you can share, the more accurate the rendering — but we can work with whatever stage your project is at.
How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed in 5-7 business days for Presentation tier, or 3-5 business days for Marketing tier with priority turnaround. We provide a clear timeline with your quote.
Can you work from sketch plans or incomplete drawings?
Yes. We regularly work with early-stage projects. Rough plans, reference images, and a brief description of what you're trying to achieve is often enough to get started. We'll clarify any details during the scoping process.
How many revisions are included?
Presentation includes 2 revision rounds. Marketing includes 3. We start with clay renders (unfinished views) so you can approve camera angles before we invest in materials and lighting detail.
Do you work with developers, builders, and architects?
Yes — those are our primary clients. We're based in Vancouver, BC but work with teams across the US and Canada. Our process is fully digital, so location is never a barrier.
Can the final images be used for marketing and presentations?
Absolutely. All deliverables are high-resolution and ready for print, web, presentations, signage, and sales materials. Marketing tier includes print-ready resolution for large format signage.
